I have been fishing since a young age and have fished waters all over Europe. My favourite places to fish are the big wind swept gravel pits and large lakes/ reservoirs. I’m currently targeting Wraysbury South Lake and the day ticket complex of Linear.
My greatest memory is the capture of my first Lac de Saint-Cassien Carp located in the south of France. A weeks fishing on the large expanse of water on my own resulted in a mid 20lb mirror, not the biggest but definitely one I will never forget.
Whilst enjoying my fishing I also enjoy capturing the moment. Having a passion for photography and filmmaking you will also see me not only in front of the camera but also behind the lens. Having self taught how to use a camera many years ago I’m now responsible for many anglers latest catch report images
Next year I aim to develop my angling portfolio by visiting different countries in the search of urban and mountain carp. I also aspire to feature in my own RidgeMonkey film.
