Alongside a career working with some of the best chefs around the world i have been fishing for over 30 years.
I have mainly focused on carp since the mid 90’s but still enjoy predator fishing during the winter months, especially fly fishing for pike.
I enjoy teaching, passing on knowledge & showing just how easy cookery can be to others. Since being paralysed I always think that if you want to achieve something then just do it because you never know if you will get the chance in the future.
