Overview

The APEarel ThermaPro Insulated Coat offers substantial warmth and protection from the elements due to its 100% waterproof and windproof construction. Padded and highly insulated, this coat is designed to provide comfort when static in the worst conditions. The coat features 100% waterproof panels backed by an impermeable membrane, a large padded hood with 3-point adjustment and fully waterproof zipped pockets.

The excellent thermal properties of this coat are due to the synthetic down-filled internal baffles which keep you cosy by trapping a large volume of warm air close to your body. The full-length waterproof zip features a storm flap to add a barrier from chills and drafts and allows the entire coat to be zipped up or taken off quickly to easily regulate your temperature. The large hood features plenty of padding all over with a stiff peaked brim, high chin guard and 3-point tether adjustment allowing you to customise your level of coverage and insulation. The outer ripstop material provides a durable layer of protection and is laminated by a 100% waterproof membrane. The rear hem has been intentionally lowered ‘dropback’ style to ensure water runs off and away from the wearer, as do the sleeves which feature an extended outer ‘gutter’. The elasticated inner sleeve and Velcro-securing cuffs allow you to adjust the secure barrier to repel the elements. A zipped Napoleon chest pocket, an internal zipped chest pocket and two zipped fleece-lined side pockets provide plenty of space to store your essentials or warm your hands.
